The hotel staff were very friendly, couteous yet efficient. The lift was an adventure every time. Breakfast provided an excellent choice including wine if you wanted it. They even noticed from my wifes passport that it was her birthday and sent a card to our room. Parking was a problem but the hotel parking within 5 minutes was both secure and reasonably priced
We have no complaints about the hotel. Road works outside the hotel made it a little dirty underfoot walking to the hotel but that was beyond the control of the hotel.
